Amazing service and work quality...
I gave these guys 2-3 chances. Like many of the reviewers here confirm, their attitude is appalling. Its almost like theyre doing it for free and we are in their way! The gentleman should at least try to smile and not look bothered that you entered his store! The actual jobs theyve done for me was okay, but too overpriced. I wont be using their services again and hope that their customer service skills improve for their own benefit.
I don't usually write reviews especially for Dry Cleaners!! However I must make an exception for the lady in Be Smart. My wife took a nearly new jacket of mine that had been literally covered in blood (don't ask how). Neither of us held any hope, indeed the staff said as much but said "leave it with us, we'll try our best".And the best they did, quite literally. When my wife went into the shop,more in hope than expectation she was met by a big beaming smile from the lady and was handed a blood- free jacket, beautifully restored to its former self!Quite brilliant service, especially as it must taken a lot longer than the normal time given to a garment.
They are a bit gruff but do a good job and are good with alterations too
Not friendly and very unhelpful. Used them once and vowed not to go back, was stuck and visited again but walked out due to their attitude. Presumptious and no idea how to talk to customers. Not recommended.
